I saw this sign hanger on 9 o'clock Dance of Joy. I just thought it would be the perfect addition for our front door since we had recently moved in and didn't have ANYTHING out there yet. I also already had plenty of seasonal signs to put there :)
One thing I did change- I used fence post caps, with flat tops, on the bottom and top instead of adding the square wood pieces. Worked like a charm!
I used Liquid Nails to make sure the post caps stayed on the 4x4. Please check out the full tutorial at 9 o'clock Dance of Joy.
